We’re Jo and Yannick and Morzine is our home.
Jo moved to our beautiful mountain village from Lancashire in 1992, working for several years in the local hotel trade. After gaining her CPC International Passenger Transport Qualification, Jo joined Yannick in the family business, becoming one of just 12 taxi license holders in the resort.Yannick is Morzinois through and through, a qualified ski instructor and an enthusiastic mountain biker. He has followed in his late father’s footsteps, driving happy holidaymakers into his hometown since 2000.
Both Yannick and Jo are absolute mines of information. Be it the best mountain restaurant, liveliest après ski or information on the summer trails, they love to share their knowledge and passion for the Portes du Soleil with their clients.
The Taxi Morzine Service
Over the years we’ve gathered many wonderful regular passengers who enjoy travelling with us each winter. We appreciate that your airport transfer is one of the most important elements of your holiday and although you may well find cheaper transfers online, our promise is an exceptional level of service and an efficient journey to your holiday accommodation.That said, our transfers can also be more price effective, especially if you’re part of a large group and you book our 22-seater minibus.
Travelling with Taxi Morzine also gives you the advantage of being met by your driver in the arrivals hall and walking just a short distance to your dedicated vehicle. Because we’re a private taxi company, we’re able to park immediately in front of the terminal, saving you a very long walk to the shared minibus bay at the other side of Geneva Airport.* For those of you landing on morning flights, we can usually have you on the slopes by lunchtime!
